By accessing or using AIBIM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

AIBIM is an AI security monitoring platform that provides SDK integrations, Desktop Agent coverage, AI traffic review, and compliance reporting for large language models.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You agree not to use the service for any illegal purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service. You may not use the service to develop a competing product.

5. Intellectual Property

AIBIM's software is proprietary to Codexit Techworks Inc. Commercial features and managed services are protected under applicable licenses. Your data remains your property at all times.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime for managed services. Self-hosted setups are your responsibility. We provide no SLA for the free tier.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIBIM is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, USA.
